Abstract submission is now closed. If you are interested in presenting a poster, we have some limited capacity remaining, so may be able to accommodate a few late requests. Please contact Rob Style directly.

Registration

Registration is now open. Early registration fees until the end of May are

Regular attendees: 120CHF, Phd Students: 60CHF.

The fee from June onwards will rise by 60CHF. Upon registration, you will be sent a link from Monte Verita to allow you to book a room and meals. Please see the instructions in this document. Invited speakers will be sent a special code for registration via email.

Cancellation policy

Participants can cancel their registration by contacting the organizers via email (the time/date of the email in Central European Time will count as the cancellation date). We will refund half the registration fee upon cancellation until 20th June 2025 (one month before the conference). From 21st June onwards, we are not able to issue refunds.

Board and lodging fees: The cancellation policy for booked meals and bedrooms is given by the hotel and conference centre Monte Verità. You find them on the hotel website.

Liability

The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the conference. Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance.
